2014 Scholarship Winners: Hayley Cerimido, Jessica Hurley, Erin Maher, Kendall Smith

The Thomas H. Bowden, Jr. Memorial Scholarship Fund awarded scholarships to Hayley Cerimido, Jessica Hurley, Erin Maher and Kendall Smith, graduating seniors from Glen Ridge High School, at an assembly Friday, June 6. The assembly was held at the Glen Ridge Upper Elementary School. Tommy's sister, Kathryn Bowden of Montclair, presented the awards.

Kathryn shared, "we had twenty one applicants this year - more than any other year - and narrowing down to two winners proved impossible. Then we received a special anonymous donation, in honor of the opening of the National September 11 Museum, and we realized we could make four awards."
